Shipping & Delivery

Dazzle cases request all its customers to please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure correct and timely delivery.

We would furthermore request our customers to provide accurate email and contact number(s) as all communications as well as tracking information regarding your order(s) would be sent to these.

We normally process and ship out the order(s) within 36-60 hrs after receiving the order; our office remains closed on weekends and public holidays. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Under regular situations, we strive to get the orders delivered within 2-7 Business Days, after dispatch (depending on your geo location) across India.

We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer through the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase; please check and confirm order details. Make sure to point out any changes, if required, in the reply mail.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer regarding the same. In such a case, the cost of the reshipping will be invoiced to the customer.

Certain circumstances are out of our control, such as weather, holidays and govt. department inspections etc; which may cause shipping/delivery delays. 

We would not be responsible for destination state tax and/or duty charge that may incur, under any condition. Customers will have to bear for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination state/country, prior to the delivery.

All orders are subject to approval based on the billing information provided.

All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if billing and shipping information is different and/or order total value exceeds Rs.5000/-

In the occasion that an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you with further information and instructions.


When, the order arrives in your city/country and, under any circumstances:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the destination to deliver the package. (for international shipping) 

Dazzle cases reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
