SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer Free Shipping to all our national customers for the Standard Shipping services. In case, a person opts for Express Shipping Services, they would be charged extra for these services. Shipping is based on the shipping options available in your state/area and/or country. The cost may vary depending on your exact location & shipping option(s). Shipping (time) depends on multiple factors such as, product ordered, the total weight, where the product is to be shipped, regional/national holiday(s) if any and some other variable factors.

Every customer has the option to choose the type of service they want. You can view the exact shipping amount (if any) on the payment confirmation screen, before processing the final payment.

We are offering National and International Shipping to all our customers. Our Shipping Partners are doing an exhaustive job of delivering packages to all of India, covering even the remotest parts of India. However, due to the security reasons/policies, we can’t deliver any shipment to the military and/or other high security areas.

Ideally, it takes between 2-7 working days for your order to be delivered. Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and government/security inspection(s), we are unable to guarantee exact shipping times.

We will share the tracking details for your order(s) to the email that you had provided while placing your order(s) and/or during registration. This email will also provide all other relevant information relating to the tracking of your package. Please be aware that sometimes the tracking information may not be up to date, please be patient, the tracking details will be updated soon.

In ideal circumstances, our packages do not get delayed. We agree, very rarely delays do occur, but they take place only during incidents relating to accident(s) during transportation, social unrest(s), government/security inspection(s) and/or blockades, force majeure and other similar scenarios.

In case you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email support@dazzlecases.in within 24 hours after placing your order. Please note that we would only be able to make changes to your order if it has not been processed by the time we receive your email request.

It’s very simple to cancel your order on Dazzle Cases. There are three ways by which you can conveniently and confidently cancel your order.

1. You can drop an email at support@dazzlecases.in containing your order details with the subject “Cancel My Order” and we will cancel your order as soon as we receive your email.

2. We always make a confirmation call before dispatching your order, so you can straightforwardly change or cancel your order during that call.
